Forge and Silicon Valley Defense Group (SVDG) Lead Robust Conversation on Emerging Tech Readiness Ecosystem
Forge was honored to co-host the Silicon Valley Defense Group (SVDG) Lunch and Learn, "Exploring the INDOPACOM Innovation Security Cooperation Landscape." The conversation provided a valuable opportunity to discuss INDOPACOM-specific emerging technology Security Cooperation (SC) opportunities and funding avenues, DoD-wide innovation priorities, and the challenges of bringing new ideas into a complex and evolving environment.
Attendees discussed how to bring new technology opportunities developed by start-up investors, to the established defense industrial base community, as well as the landscape and decision-makers involved in ally and partner defense capability development. Attendees left the session with the knowledge of U.S. defense priorities, case studies of successful integration of emerging technologies, and a stakeholder map of how to navigate the complexities of the DoD SC landscape.
